A range of new features designed to weed out customer duplication and solve other common database issues have been added by Pinewood to its Pinnacle dealer management system.

 

The changes are designed to make possible easier cleaning of databases, allow more specific customer searches, make merges simpler, and reduce costs by targeting customers accurately – all backed up by a full audit trail to track activity.

Pinewood managing director Neville Briggs said: “It is difficult to overstate the importance of having good data to hand while economic conditions remain tough. A solid database linked to effective DMS tools will enable dealers to create new business opportunities and make the most of existing ones.
