Nexus Business Solutions is a service provider to one of the fastest growing European motor manufacturers. In order to support their exciting product driven growth in the UK, we are seeking to appoint a Trainer who will be employed by Nexus for a position within the clients’ training department.
You will have responsibility for developing and delivering sales/aftersales and customer service training courses with the aim of optimising sales opportunities for the dealer network and promoting excellent customer service.
You will be able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness and excellent communication and presentation skills. It is likely that in your career you will have worked for a motor manufacturer or dealer group or have similar experience relevant to the position.
The successful candidate is likely to be educated to degree standard. The ability to be able to communicate with confidence at the highest levels is essential. Your excellent administration, communication and problem solving skills will be enhanced by your proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint.
Enthusiasm, a capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success are a must.
