An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join and lead the team at Porsche Centre Hatfield. This Porsche Centre, which is one of the biggest in the UK, employs over 40 people to sell, maintain and repair the full range of Porsche vehicles. The key focus will be to maximise sales and profit opportunities through inspirational and motivational leadership style. You will need to consistently exceed customer expectations, and continuously improve the customer experience, in line with operational policies and franchise contract arrangements.
As an experienced Dealer Principal or General Manager in a recognised luxury brand Main Dealership environment, you will be able to demonstrate significant automotive retail experience, which should include extensive knowledge of both the sales and aftersales areas of the business. You will also need to demonstrate sales and marketing flair, as your direction and leadership in these areas will be fundamental to achieving success in the role.
