Our client is an automotive manufacturer currently experiencing sustained growth in the UK. They are now seeking a field based Corporate Sales Manager to develop fleet sales to 200+ fleets. You will be tasked with indentifying all fleet opportunities and growing market share. This is a great opportunity for a talented, ambitious individual to progress their career with this highly successful company. The role will cover Scotland. Candidates must be prepared to potentially relocate to the home counties region in the future (in order to progress their career with the Manufacturer).
Develop fleet sales to 200+ fleets within a defined geographical area to grow market share and return volume and profit growth for the manufacturer.
Generate and develop relationships with large fleet accounts
Prospect new business opportunities with the aim of converting into fleet customers
Develop a wide understanding of client motivations through horizontal account networking
Drive customer tender construction through effective account management
Develop successful customer offers and tender submissions
Pro-active demo fleet management
Represent the company as the customer interface for all fleet aspects of the relationship
Maintain correct and appropriate level of proactive contact with each key customer and key prospect, for review on a monthly basis
Set up new and maintain existing customer agreements on CRM database
Maintain CRM database with accurate and up to date account information
The successful candidate will:
A proven track record in B2B sales
Automotive industry experience (preferably OEM)
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent selling skills – both face to face and distance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a self starter and highly organised
Probably be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Demonstrate a progressive career history and have drive an ambition to move to the next level
Full UK Driving Licence
Be living within Scotland, the region they are covering.
