The falling cost of base oils has allowed GMUK to cut the price of some of its packaged oil products.

The price cut of between 2% and 22% effects six part numbers, including its popular 205 semi synthetic oil.

Mark Willis, GM aftermarket product development manager, said: “We are committed to supporting our retailer network by continually reviewing the prices of our extensive range of quality aftermarket products.

"In line with the falling cost of base oils, we have decided to reduce the price of six part numbers from our popular range of packaged oil products and are delighted to be able to pass on these savings to our retailers, particularly during these challenging economic times.”
