Marshall Motor Group has completed its acquisition of Leicestershire-based Francis Group.
Marshall announced that it had agreed a deal to acquire Francis Group 10 days ago but now the deal has all gone through.
As part of the acquisiton, Marshall has acquired four new business at three locations in Leicestershire representing Honda, Seat and Suzuki. All 105 employees at these sites have transferred over to Marshall.
Daksh Gupta, Marshall chief executive, said: “This acquisition builds on our strategy to grow beyond our traditional territory and into large towns and cities which are scalable.”
