Dealers are being invited to AM’s next Round Table on April 8 where key issues facing the automotive industry will be discussed.

Jeremy Bennett, the editor of AM is coming up to Greater Manchester to discuss the latest burning issues in the industry and is inviting dealers in the area to come along for free.

The meeting, sponsored by Ai Claims Solutions, is being held at the De Vere Whites Hotel, Bolton - Reebok Football Stadium.

There are only 10 spaces available for the event which is free for dealers.

The meeting will start at 9am with a full English breakfast. Discussions will commence at 9.30 and will draw to a close no later than 1pm.

A range of subjects will be covered over the course of the morning including:

• 2010 - What are the pressure points on your business and how will you address the challenges?
• Suppliers - What could they be doing to support you more?
• Consumers - Has their behaviour changed as a result of the recession? Are they more demanding than they have been?
• The future of accident management - the increasing cost of credit hire.
• Customer retention - How are you keeping customers longer and ensuring they continue to buy from you?
