Suzuki offers to manage customers' accidents

Suzuki has launched a new accident management programme aimed at retaining customers within its repair network.

The scheme has been established in partnership with Verex Group, a vehicle insurance and claims handling business. Its field engineers will support Suzuki's 100 approved bodyshops and 152 franchised dealers.

Suzuki said it expects to improve customers' experience of accident repairs and reduce the time and inconvenience associated with the process.
