Arnold Clark has acquired a Citroen and Hyundai dealership on Craigleith Road in Stirling for an undisclosed sum.
Previously owned by the John Martin Group, the new branch has now begun trading as Arnold Clark.
All employees have been retained and will continue to be employed at the branch.
The Arnold Clark group already has Volvo, Toyota, Mazda, Renault, Nissan, Vauxhall, dealerships and Saab servicing and repairs.
Sir Arnold Clark, chairman and chief executive, said: “Stirling is a strong trading area for us and I see this acquisition as a natural progression for the Arnold Clark Group within Stirling.”
