DM Keith has acquired Martyn Beever York Seat and Skoda for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition now expands DM Keith’s network to five outlets in Yorkshire.
It’s the first time DM Keith has taken on the Seat brand, but it will be the group’s fifth Skoda dealership.
All staff have transferred over from the Martyn Beever business to DM Keith.
The acquisition comes off the back of DM Keith’s win as Skoda’s Retailer of the Year award earlier this year.
The Martyn Beever business increases DM Keith’s reputation as the largest Skoda dealer in the UK, which will now account for over 1,400 sales a year for the manufacturer in the UK.
Skoda's objective is to reach 58,000 sales this year, with a nine-car model range.
