Audi’s new A7 Sportback model will be available to order from August 16 priced from £42,925 or at £43,745 at the new rate of 20% VAT. 
The new model goes on sale in January 2011 and will feature two petrol and two diesel engines from launch (2.8TFSI and 3.0 TFSI and 3.0TDI with two power output options – 202bhp and 243bhp). Start/stop will be available on all engines.
A seven-speed S tronic twin-clutch sports transmission will be available on quattro models.
The A7 Sportback follows similar styling of the smaller A5 Sportback. Audi believes this formula gives customers the option of saloon car versatility, hatchback practicality combined with the good looks of a coupe.
Options include parallel park assist, all-LED headlights, head-up display and adaptive air suspension.
