Jaguar has chosen the Moscow motor show to launch an armoured version of its XJ luxury saloon.
Russia's demand for armoured luxury cars is particularly strong.
The car, branded XJ Sentinal, is aimed at governments, security organisations and at-risk individuals globally.
Customers will work with a dedicated Jaguar security consultant during the buying process to ensure their exact requirements are met.
The car is based on a long-wheelbase XJ with a 5.0-litre V8 engine and has the high performance brakes from the supercharged XJ in order to cope with the extra weight of the armouring.
