Increasing tensions between dealers and manufacturers resulting from continuously challenging market conditions characterised our July survey on the confidence and financial health of franchised dealers in 2011.
Our AM /HPI quarterly survey revealed that despite June registrations being in-line with expectations there is considerable alarm and little sign of a return to calm.
As we approach the end of the year and with the September plate change month just behind us, AM would like once more to gauge your opinions on the market and your business in our quarterly survey.
The survey, called The AM High Performance Indicators, provides dealers with a measurement of how they are performing in a number of key areas.
The questions cover new/used car sales and profitability performance and expectations.
