Delegates at AM’s Financial Conference 2011 will learn about how dealers that have adopted the Lean Thinking approach to business have achieved profits of twice the market average simply by reducing waste.
The event is being held at the Oxford Belfry on November 15 and John Kiff, senior fellow at Lean Enterprise Academy, will address dealers at the conference with a speech on ways to help dealers reduce wasteful activity in their business.
Kiff has delivered courses to dealers at Cardiff University Business School, the Catholic University, Lisbon, and for ICDP Australia. He also contributed to the Government’s Automotive Innovation and Growth Team Report and co-chaired its Working Group on Car Servicing and Repair Standards.
