Three top dealer group chief executives will review the current shape of the automotive industry at AM’s Franchised Dealer Conference 2011 on June 16.

Trevor Finn, Pendragon chief executive, Robert Forrester Vertu Motors chief executive and John O’Hanlon Ridgeway Motor Group chief executive, will all give their view of the market at the special AM100 CEO session and will explain how they are facing the current challenges thrown up by running a successful dealer business in 2011 and beyond.

The event, which is being held in association with the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA), will be held at the Chesford Grange Hotel, near Warwick and delegates at the conference will have the opportunity to ask questions from the floor during the session to fuel some thought provoking debate.

The CEOs will explore emerging challenges and opportunities in the automotive retail market, including the impact of the internet, how to provide the best customer service and the shifting economic landscape.

Ex-John Lewis customer service specialist Andrew McMillan will also be speaking at the conference and he will share how he developed John Lewis’ much admired sales and service culture.
