Mark Springate has joined Glass's as its sales director.
Springate has spent the last two and half years as global sales director at Jato Dynamics, where he was responsible for an extensive regional management reorganisation based around increasing productivity and delivering a unified approach to key customers around the world.
Most importantly for Glass’s is Mark’s ability to develop an intelligent and client focussed sales force that provides consultative assistance for its customers, said the company.
His team has been strengthened with two new sales managers, so that all 11,000 customers have a named account manager they can talk to about their business requirements.
