Iris Coatings, the sales and marketing specialist for refinishing distribution, and five UK distributors of automotive paint and bodyshop supplies have been acquired by Euro Car Parts’ owner LKQ Euro.

This acquisition represents 26 locations nationwide: JCA Coatings with nine branches in South / South West England and South Wales; Milton Keynes Paint & Equipment  with five branches in South East England; Sinemaster Motor Factors with eight branches in Midlands / North England and Scotland, Bee Bee Refinishing Supplies Halstead with three branches in Eastern England and Premier Paints with one branch in Romford, Essex

JCA’s managing director Richard Steer has been appointed MD of LKQ Euro Paint & Refinish reporting via Steve Horne, who heads LKQ Euro Collision Division, to Sukhpal Singh Ahluwalia, MD of LKQ Euro and Euro Car Parts .

Sinemaster MD Mark Leeming and Justin Elliot from MKPE will both also join the LKQ Euro team as directors of Paint & Refinish.
