Proposals to replace a Vindis Group dealership on the outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire, with 75 homes have been revealed by property agent Savills.
Vindis, which is expected to market the 2.7 hectare plot on Low Road if outline planning permission is granted, will relocate the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles business to an alternative site.
The outline planning application for the site is likely to be submitted to Huntingdon District Council before Christmas, reports the Hunts Post newspaper.
Savills held a public exhibition earlier this month to reveal the proposals.
