Mercedes has announced pricing and opened its order books for the all-new Mercedes AMG C63 saloon and estate models ahead of its arrival in the UK, next year.

With pricing starting at £59,795, the all-new C63 is powered by an all-new 4.0-litre bi-turbo engine and features an electronically-controlled rear differential which is linked to a ‘Race’ function in the COMAND system, allowing the driver to alter the gearbox, engine and damping modes, according to their preference.

On the C63 S there’s enhanced performance and more equipment including 19-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, a new braking system with bigger brakes and red callipers.

Interior specification comprises of AMG sport seats trimmed in Nappa leather, an upgraded AMG braking system, quad tailpipes and unique front and rear styling; with new front wings to accommodate the wider track, 18-inch multi spoke alloy wheels, 590W Burmester surround sound system with 13 speakers, LED Intelligent Light System, panoramic electric glass sunroof, keyless start and keyless entry.

For the first time in the UK, an Edition 1 model will be offered – based on the C63 S. The Mercedes-AMG C63 S Edition 1 costs £73,500 in Saloon form, and £74,700 as an Estate.

Created to mark the launch of the C63, it comes with 19-inch AMG forged alloy wheels complete with a discreet red band around their circumference, AMG graphics run up the side of the car and it’s fitted with the Night package, which includes red highlights to pick out the grille and mirror housings, black spoiler (saloon) and the aluminium brightwork is painted black.
