Renault has introduced a new top-of-the-range Signature trim level to its Captur compact-crossover.

Building on the Dynamique S MediaNav model, the Captur Signature features 17-inch Explore alloy wheels, with black inserts, chrome exterior details on the side strips, boot lid and front grille, fog lights and a two-tone exterior finish.

On the inside, Captur Signature receives part-leather upholstery, Signature door sill plates and mats and the Red Touch pack – adding bright red detail to the centre console, speakers and air vents.

Technology features include the R-Link infotainment system with a seven-inch touchscreen, satellite navigation, USB connectivity and an uprated Arkamys radio with 3D sound, Grip Xtend traction control technology, electric folding door mirrors, automatic climate control, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth connectivity and LED daytime running lights.

The Captur Signature is available with a choice of two petrol and one diesel engines – an 89bhp 0.9-litre TCe petrol engine, an 118bhp 1.2-litre TCe petrol variant and a 1.5-litre dCi 89bhp diesel unit.
