A Sytner dealership is giving customers tea to toast their newly serviced cars.

The Audi centre in Wakefield is offering packets of Ringtons' peppermint, strawberries and cream infused tea, as well as China green sencha and samovar orange spice tea - and coffee - as a thank you for service business.

Ringtons' labels have been custom-made to incorporate the Audi Wakefield logo (pictured).

Holly Clough, centre receptionist, said: “At Wakefield Audi we aim to provide all our valued customers with the best possible customer service and offering Ringtons signature tea as a thank you for their custom and loyalty is another way for us to do this.

"I actually discovered Ringtons at my local gym as I love their green tea, so when we were thinking of ways to thank our customers which is a little different to the usual flowers, I thought of Ringtons."

There is also potential to roll out the offering to other sales offices which come under the Sytner owned dealerships.

Tom Greathead, Ringtons Beverages’ business development manager for Yorkshire, said: “Working with Audi is a great coup for us and we are very proud that items from our signature range have been chosen as gifts from such a well-known company.  The Signature collection has been specially selected by our own team of tea experts for its high quality and fine taste and this attention to detail and commitment to quality fits perfectly with the Audi brand and we’re sure it’ll open up opportunity for us to spread the Ringtons word throughout the Wakefield area.”

Ringtons Beverages is the business-to-business division of renowned British tea company Ringtons – the division supplies the UK cafes, restaurants and hotels with tea and coffee.
