Citroen has signed a new three-year partnership agreement with Arsenal as the football club’s official automotive partner.

As part of the agreement, Citroen will provide a number of vehicles for Arsenal coaches and staff. Citroen’s LCV range will also be used for equipment transportation around the country and for the club’s community outreach programmes.

The French car manufacturer has been working with Arsenal since 2008 and will retain its branding presence around Emirates Stadium.

Citroen will also build upon its integrated partnership programme, with a range of new marketing, digital, dealer and promotional activities.

The partnership renewal follows on from the news that Citroen UK managing director Linda Jackson has been promoted to become chief executive of Citroen's global operations from June 1.

Jackson's UK replacement will be revealed later this year.
