The UK’s newest independent appointed representative network for general insurance, TRACS Solutions, has been launched.
Designed for the motor industry, TRACS (total regulation and compliance solutions) is a wholly owned subsidiary of FISC providers of FCA Tracker compliance solutions.
Attended by representatives of the motor, motor finance and motor insurance sectors, the opening presentation was made by managing director Simon Young.
Young was previously the retail operations director for FGA Capital UK.
He said: "TRACS is a home for motor dealers who are serious about compliance, but wish to have their regulatory burden reduced. Our systems and expertise provide a simple compliance framework to work within to ensure all customers are dealt with professionally and appropriately.
"Feedback already has been extremely positive and the TRACS team look forward to following up the new leads generated over the coming weeks.”

The event also showcased the new FCA Tracker finance compliance software.
Built on FISC’s FCA Tracker insurance platform it provides a step-by-step, online compliance solution for FCA finance sales featuring a finance qualification process which produces customer documentation to evidence a compliant finance sale.

Dealer clearly need assistance and systems to deal with mounting regulations. Dealers doing compliance on paper are a significant risk. Joiniong an AR network would help.
