Alistair Horsburgh, the chief executive of CitNOW, will demonstrate the benefits of personalised video to car dealerships and their customers within the aftersales process at the AM Aftersales Conference 2015, on Thursday, April 16, at the Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire.

Horsburgh will share his insights into how dealerships are using personal video services in their workshops and the results being achieved. This session is essential for dealerships that want to find out how to increase red and amber work by an average of 25% - 40%, reduce down time, improve customer satisfaction scores and build greater trust with customers.

“2014 was a defining year for video uptake with over 1,000 dealerships embracing the technology, including 78 of the top 100 dealer groups,” said Horsburgh.

“2015 is set to see it become even more ingrained in sales and workshop processes as remaining dealerships realise the immediate and significant return on investment that video brings."

As well as speakers from the automotive sector and beyond, workshops will cover a variety of aftersales topics designed to help franchised dealers become more profitable.
