Eastern Western Motor Group has won Retailer of the Year at the annual Mercedes-Benz Retailer Awards.
The group’s Mercedes sites at Newbridge and Willowbrae Road in Edinburgh, and in Coldstream, Scottish Borders, were singled out thanks to the collective efforts of its long-serving management team.
Sales director for Mercedes-Benz Cars UK, Adam Chamberlain, said: “The team at the Eastern Western Motor Group demonstrate the virtues we encourage throughout the Mercedes-Benz Retailer Network.
“Every employee has played their part in nurturing strong relationships with the customers – leading to a business that’s focused not just meeting the needs of anyone visiting the site, but exceeding them. From simple sales enquiries, through to making a purchase or having a car serviced, customers visiting the sites reported a positive, efficient and friendly service delivered by a team proud to be part of the Mercedes-Benz family.”

Mercedes-Benz of Edinburgh contributed to a record 2014 for Mercedes-Benz as registrations grew by 14% to total 123,472 cars.
