GoldSand Digital will officially launch its new digital welcome pack at the AM Aftersales Conference next week, following a successful pilot period.

This alternative to the printed brochure is designed to be cost-effective, presenting aftersales opportunities such as servicing, insurance and accessory options to new customers.

The tool also offers transparency via traceable links and interactive ‘enquire’ buttons, to further support the aftersales team.

The new digital welcome pack is mobile and tablet ready and has the power to leverage manufacturer video content. The content is flexible and can be edited to reflect changes at the dealership or to the aftersales offering.

Head of business at Lookers Land Rover in Colchester, Martin Shepherd, said: "GoldSand Digital has been producing our digital customer magazine, TORQUE, for more than two years, and we knew that when we wanted to revamp our printed welcome packs, they would help.

“With the new digital welcome pack, we wanted to give customers something that was in line with the vehicle they were buying. GoldSand Digital’s solution was exactly that. It was not only on brand, interactive and engaging, it was also easy for the sales team to pass on to customers – ensuring that we never miss the opportunity to present additional products to our customers.

“What we like about GoldSand Digital is that they are incredibly responsive. What they do is help us reach our commercial objectives with innovative marketing across the business."

Director at GoldSand Digital Ingram Sanders said: “A successful aftersales division requires a customer communication strategy that works, and all too often it seems that opportunity falls away after the sale. How are dealerships ensuring customers remain exactly that, a customer?

“We have the answer, cost-effective alternative to the traditionally printed aftersales brochure. These digital welcome pack tracks interest and offers aftersales teams both exclusivity and flexibility should updates be necessary. The AM Aftersales event is the perfect launch pad.”
