Aston Martin will be whetting appetites for future models at Pebble Beach next week with the DBX concept, Lagonda Taraf and Vulcan all appearing.

The cars will appear alongside the DB9 GT – the most powerful version of the DB9 to date and featuring equipment and styling developments designed to make it the ultimate version of the model.

Aston’s DBX concept, first shown at the Geneva motor show in 2015, is now confirmed for production, taking the company into the luxury SUV sector, while the 800hp-plus Vulcan supercar concept suggests the styling direction for the next generation of Aston Martin models.

The Lagonda Taraf is inspired by the William Towns-designed Lagonda of 1976, and was originally envisaged for sale only in the Middle East, but the company has now confirmed the car will be sold in other markets.
