A deal by Caffyns to sell a vacant property in Eastbourne is set to go through next week.
The car dealer has announced it will sell part of a freehold site in Upperton Road, Eastbourne to Churchill Retirement Living Limited for £1.55 million in cash.
The completion date is Monday.
