Three members of Bristol Rugby have collected third-generation Kia Sportages from Wessex Garages as part of a sponsorship deal with the group’s dealership in the city.

Jack O’Connell, who plays in the first team, Eoin Power, the team’s Physiotherapist and Dr Harriet Collins, who is also involved in player treatments, picked up a pair of Kia Sportage ‘1’ 1.7 diesels and a Sportage ‘3’ 1.7 diesel with satellite navigation from the Feeder Road-based retailer.

Tom Wherlock, fleet B2B specialist at Wessex Garages, said: “We were delighted that Jack, Eoin and Harriet chose to get their personal cars from us. We sponsor Bristol Rugby and have done so for many years. We are so pleased we could extend our relationship even further.”

O’Connell said: “Wessex Garages do a fantastic job supporting Bristol Rugby and we have a marvellous relationship with its staff members so it seemed perfect for Harriet, Eoin and I to continue our relationship and purchase our personal cars from the company.”
