Car dealers who manage Motability Scheme customers are being urged to sign up now for a series of free Business Briefings taking place early next year.

The half-day briefing events, hosted by Motability Operations Ltd,  will aim to help dealers realise their full potential when it comes to the Motability Scheme by gaining a greater understanding of their customers, enhancing their marketing and ensuring that they are securing the highest level of rewards from the Motability Dealer Partnership.

The 2017 sessions will share new insights, introduce refreshed Point of Sale material and offer dealers the chance to experience a virtual reality dealership experience.

Dealers are being invited to sign up for briefings in Birmingham, Bolton, Leeds, Newcastle, Belfast, Scotland, Duxford, Wales and at Heathrow Airport.

The 2017 Business Briefings are designed for Motability Scheme specialists, aftersales professionals and dealer principals.

Part of the agenda at each event will be:

• Updates on new developments for the Motability Scheme.

• Motability customer research and insights.

• Understanding volume forecasts and the Motability marketplace.

• Details on tools available for both sales and marketing teams.

• Hearing about how to realise the full potential of MDP reward payments.

Peter Wilson, general manager of dealer relations, Motability Operations Ltd, said: “Our 2017 Business Briefings take place in nine different locations throughout the UK to ensure our dealer partners can find a venue that works for them.

“The sessions empower dealers to understand more about the Motability Scheme and our customers, and in turn to enhance the service and support they offer to disabled people.

“The Business Briefings are always popular and we urge dealers to book their space and not to miss out on the opportunity to attend.”
