There are now just three weeks to go until the deadline for registrations to the AM Best UK Dealerships To Work For.

A number of organisations have expressed their interest and there is still time for you to sign up ahead of June 2.

Best Dealerships To Work For is a new initiative launched by AM this year in collaboration with Best Companies Group to identify, honour and celebrate the best employers in the motor retail sector.

The programme uses employee and employer surveys to determine the strengths and weaknesses of each company to create the Best UK Dealerships To Work For.

The list will be published in an AM supplement with an accompanying event bringing together the best companies at Automotive Management Live on November 9.

It costs nothing to participate in the programme or to be listed as a Best UK Dealership To Work For.

Individual dealers can pay for a report from Best Companies Group detailing their performance in key areas such as leadership and planning, culture and communications, employee satisfaction, pay, working environment and manager relationships.

The benefits to dealers include:

• Recognition as a top employer in the automotive sector which can be used when recruiting staff or when promoting the business to prospective customers
• Benchmarking your dealership against your peers
• Use of the Best Dealerships logo
• Benchmarking individual dealerships with a group
