Inchcape Retail technicians are to benefit from a new employment package as part of a recruitment drive by the dealer group. 

In a bid to attract a further 350 technicians Inchcape has enhanced its package which is also available to the current 950 technicians in employment.

The new terms of employment include set working hours and will see more than 80% of the present team receiving a rise in pay, plus monthly bonuses.

"So, we’ve listened to their feedback and carried out extensive industry research to create this new package. It demonstrates our ongoing commitment to being the employer of choice for technicians in our industry and will help us to attract even more talented individuals to join Inchcape and our award-winning team.”

The new package includes five graded bands across the 100 plus retail centres around the UK. Working time has been set to 40 hours per week and monthly bonuses will be based on technician team achievements, rather than individuals’.
