Arnold Clark will host a recruitment event in Wakefield in a bid to find 57 new members of staff ahead of the planned opening of its new Motorstore in the city this November.

The new Motorstore, located in Calder Park, will cover four acres and has capacity for almost 400 cars with 55 on display within the showroom and a variety of roles are being offered at the site, ranging from customer-facing jobs including receptionists, product geniuses and product consultants to technical staff, parts advisors and technicians.

Interested jobseekers are being urged to attend the special recruitment event at The Ridings shopping centre between September 11th and 15th.

The Wakefield Motorstore will be the AM100 dealer group’s company’s 27th when it opens in November, with current locations including Chesterfield, Leeds, Nottingham, Liverpool and Huddersfield.

In total, there are 200 Arnold Clark branches throughout the UK, representing 24 different manufacturers.
