CitNOW has appointed a new UK field sales manager, Pam Cameron and head of client services, Stephen Bateson.

Both joined CitNOW last month and will help the automotive video technology company with its growth plans across the UK and internationally.

Cameron will be responsible for continuing CitNOW’s growth in the UK dealer and manufacturer networks. Cameron had previous roles as business development manager at Allianz Global Assistance and was also an account director at Accident Exchange.

Bateson heads up the newly-created client services division. He held several management positions at both Peugeot and Volkswagen, working across various brands. More recently, he moved into service provision, as head of client services at TTi Global, and automotive consultancy.

Gordon Grant, CitNOW sales director, said: “We are excited to have an experienced and knowledgeable expert such as Stephen joining our team. His experience working for car brands will be invaluable in making sure we cater for those customers by helping them maximise the services we provide.

“Meanwhile, as CitNOW grows internationally and my responsibilities expand as a consequence, Pam has joined us to ensure that the sales effort in the UK continues apace.”
