Inchcape appoints Alison Cooper

Inchcape has appointed Alison Cooper and Nigel Northridge as non-executive directors on its board.

Cooper is currently a member of the board and chief operating officer of Imperial Tobacco Group and Northridge is chairman of Paddy Power, senior independent director of Aggreko and non-executive director of Thomas Cook Group.
