Renault has added City Motor Holdings as its latest authorised repairer in Newbury, Pinchington Lane.

The new workshop opened its doors on July 1 and offers servicing, MoTs and parts. A spokesman for City Motor Holdings said he hoped that new jobs would be created for technicians in the next few months.

He said: “The town has been without a Renault dealership for about a year, so we are keen to ensure that all Renault drivers in the area know that there’s somewhere local to come for servicing and parts.”

Since being awarded the Renault franchise, City Newbury has spent the last few months preparing the site and completing a refurbishment programme to bring the business up to the latest Renault UK standards for design and customer service. A sister site has also opened in Reading.
