UK provider of dealer CRM and showroom management systems Contact Advantage has been acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds.

Contact Advantage’s software delivers an extended selection of products for dealerships and OEMs, covering the sales cycle from the initial customer contact and prospect management through to vehicle purchase.

“The addition of Contact Advantage adds an important set of customer relationship management (CRM) and showroom products to Reynolds’ portfolio,” said Adele Feeney, managing director for Reynolds – UK Automotive.

Most recently, Contact Advantage introduced a new suite of iPad applications enabling dealerships to take their customers through the entire sales process – from model selection, colour and specification configuration, pricing and order forms – all in one interactive iPad application.

Reynolds and Reynolds in the UK provides automotive retailing solutions for car dealers and manufacturers.

It is based in the US and serves automotive dealerships with software, business forms, and services in North America, Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
