AA Inspection Services has teamed up with AutosOnShow to deliver an “intuitive and easy” solution to providing inspection reports to its clients.

The new partnership equips the AA’s team of inspectors and auditors with the tools they need to record a bespoke presentation, detailing any issues the customer needs to be aware of.

It also allows their team to capture best practice within audit programmes and feedback positive results that can be used by clients.

Howard Curle, head of operations at AA Motoring Services, said: “We have been impressed by the AutosOnShow.TV offering. The personal video solution is a very easy system to download and get started, it is intuitive and easy to navigate. The team adapted their product to suit our needs and has provided an innovative way to give our customers an improved response.”

Autosonshow’s  software, used on an iPhone or iPad, delivers a high quality video along with annotated images, automatically emailed to the customer. They can then view their own video on a dedicated AA Inspections landing page.

 A statement issued by the AA said that the brand’s solution became its preferred solution due to its “great features”, such as the switchable view from front to rear camera on the iPhone or iPad.

The ability to capture still photographs whilst videoing and annotating the stills afterwards also was favoured highly.
