Video: Frank Keane BMW - using video to encourage a quick decision

This is a great CitNOW that follows up on the customers earlier visit.

The salesman uses it as a guide to highlight all the car’s finer qualities so the customer can show it to her husband before he comes in for a test drive at the weekend. He instils a sense of urgency by encouraging the customer to reserve the car in case it is sold prior to her husband’s test drive.

He starts the video by introducing himself on camera, with the car in the background before going on a comprehensive tour of the vehicle showing off all the features inside and out.

He finishes by reassuring the customer that any concerns they may have based on the video could be discussed when they come in for a test drive and that they have a good part exchange offer should they wish to put a deposit on the car.

This a great example of how video can help the decision-making process when a customer is unable to visit the showroom.
