Our client a Main Dealership require an Warranty administrator to join their team in Ipswich. You will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving. You will be required to liaise with other members of the service and parts departments as well as with representatives from the manufacturer and so our client is looking for someone with superb communication skills. Naturally you must be able to work as part of a team and have the capacity to manage existing professional relationships with the manufacturer. In the role of warranty administrator you may be required to assist in other areas of the Service Department depending on the needs of the business. Therefore an understanding of the role of the service advisor would be an advantage but not essential. Salary: Neg + OTE - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
