Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, as you will be expected to coordinate the recruitment process. This will include receiving and analysing applications; organising and coordinating competency based interviewing / assessment centres; and compiling accurate written information e.g. role specifications. We are in the process of centralising our assessment process and therefore require additional support during assessment centres and the coordination of the days. This position would suit a confident, meticulous and driven individual, who thrives within a fast-paced environment. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is absolutely essential. Previous experience in a HR or administrative role is preferred, although not required. A full driving licence is a must as the successful candidate will be expected to assist at centre based assessments as well as Group assessments.
