As Used Vehicle Account Specialist , you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to engineer an innovative solution to market previously owned Franchised products, and handle our vehicle trade-in business. Your responsibilities will include targeting and driving the necessary business partners for vehicle trade-ins and acting as a conduit on our behalf for those business relationships. Furthermore, the Used Vehicle Account Specialist is responsible for pre-owned Franchised inventory control and maintaining a constant pulse on market conditions. You will work closely with a global remarketing team to help advance our ability to address our customer’s needs, concerns, and requests from the field. A sharpened sense of ownership, swift implementation, is required. The best candidate for this role is equally comfortable as an individual contributor as they are leading the team, in an all-hands on deck environment. You will communicate between many functions of our business - including Sales, Delivery, Service, and Finance. We move fast... and continual improvement is important. You must be prepared learn on your feet and build a foundation for this rapidly growing business function. Co-ordinates with Sales teams to provide a competitive market value for trade-in vehicles. Records information and ensures data quality in Salesforce.com, Warp Drive and other record-keeping systems. Upon return of documents, inputs information into the appropriate systems and distributes paperwork to designated recipients. Work closely with teams on process, documentation, and act as a liaison with outside business partners. Define best practices for sales and deliveries together with the Regional Sales, Delivery, and Service Managers. Execute on all business dealings in a way that creates a superior ownership experience that represents the brand values. Participates in testing of new and updated and innovative processes. Assists with special projects as needed. Serve as a key member of the remarketing team to drive pre-owned vehicle sales, marketing, training, and inventory control. Identify new business opportunities and work with other teams to build mind share and broad use of our pre-owned products and systems. This role does not provide a car. Salary: 41k - 45k
