Financial Accountant required to manage the accounts and sales administration departments, ensuring all financial controls are met and protecting the financial security and integrity of the Company’s finances. To provide monthly management accounts in an accurate and timely manner. To be conversant in all relevant Company procedures and controls and instigate new procedures and controls where necessary. To provide necessary information to Company auditors. Payroll. Any other duties as required. To produce accounts for all dealerships: Inputting, reconciling, recording payments/receipts, resolving queries. To produced month and year end accounts within agreed time limits. To produce accurate weekly forecasts in liaison with Manager. To manage cashiering and reconciliations. To manage the nominal ledger to ensure a fully reconciled balance sheet is maintained at all times and ensure accurate coding to the profit and loss to enable accurate management accounts are produce. To produce and reconcile quarterly VAT returns and ensure all payments are mad on time. Provide ad hoc reporting as required. 42kpa - 45kpa + bonus + car - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL AND KERRIDGE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
