Join us as a Head of Business and be an integral member of the Group. As a senior manager in our business you will be ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation within this business. You will effectively manage the resources within our Centre to achieve the required business objectives including sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels and maintain the culture of excellent customer service and customer delight. You will develop a culture of exceptional performance through regular communication, team building and coaching with the management team and employees of the centre. You will communicate and maintain customer service standards and HSO requirements, whilst also providing clear leadership, ensuring the vision and objectives of the Group are "living" within your business. You will ensure the franchise operating standards, policies, procedures and financial controls are regularly monitored and reviewed in order to maximise the business performance. Previous experience is essential, Prestige strongly preferred. Salary: 60k basic OTE 90k
