Our client require a Group Aftersales Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving their business forward. Friendly and professional, you will lead, develop and support all Aftersales departments within the Group, including their centralised Customer Hub department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention is achieved as well as achieving overall objectives. Naturally confident, with proven managerial experience you will have strong leadership skills, be knowledgeable and aligned to the company Brand and have a positive approach to all challenges faced. Your duties will include: developing and maintaining a high level of understanding of the Aftersales functions including the policies and procedures used across the businesses; guide and drive the aftersales performance within all Centres; monitor each centre’s workshop productivity and the effective use of labour and ensure centres are maintaining appropriate stock levels. You will be required to support all centres to achieve industry-leading standards and process efficiency and cost control as well as assessing the financial performance of each Aftersales Department. You will develop plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner. You must have previous Managerial and Motor Trade experience within a similar role and a full driving licence. Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm (1 hour lunch) - Salary: 60k + OTE 75k + Car - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
