Our client a very Prestige Dealership in West London require an exceptional Service Manager to join their team to be responsible for the Front of house functions. To provide a seamless delivery of our customer offer through support to the Aftersales Manager and providing day to day management of the Service Advisors whilst ensuring both operational and commercial guidelines are adhered to at all times. To control and manage the work in progress, cash debtors, daily banking and warranty adherence, ensuring that company and customer financial interests are protected, highlighting any areas of concern to the Aftersales Manager.To control and manage the sold hours and sold hours mix targets.To be the first point of contact for customer issues, ensuring resolutions are reached in the most cost effective and efficient manner, whilst also achieving customer satisfaction.Ensure all bookings are to the correct level and mix as required to ensure every team is fully productive at all times. Salary: £35k + OTE £50k + Car - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
