You must have a provable successful sales history and experience in the prestige marque. This is a varied, hands-on, role so a positive, can do, attitude is a must. Good sales success. Good contact base in classic/prestige/high performance vehicles. Enthusiastic and interested in Mustangs, Cobras and classic cars or specialist American vehicles. Some technical knowledge mechanics, upgrades etc understands cars. Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns in specialist media. Experience with using social media and internet marketing. Can manage and update website. Good computer and IT skills. Presentable, personable and likeable. Prepared to roll up sleeves and work, e.g. prepare cars for resale, set up shows, unload a truck, etc, etc. Strong work ethic. Experience of managing and motivating staff. Experience in recruiting. Experience in running a small vehicle sales/service operation/or own business, Loyalty and honest must be trustworthy. Good health and fit. Interest in racing and cars. Lives the business and lifestyle. Experience buying classics / used vehicles for re-sale. Experience with registering new cars, specialist dealer. An exciting and expanding product range with really good growth potential. Attractive basic £££ and bonus package. Salary: £40k Basic Neg + OTE – MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
