Our client requires a Service Advisor to join their team in Worksop, which will involve attending to customer telephone bookings, and dealing with customers requests on their appointment day. The job will also require Job Card and Service Sheet preparation, customer invoicing and other administrative duties including filing. The successful candidate will have a friendly nature and be able to have a conversation with customers.Experience of customer service in a retail environment is desirable and motor vehicle knowledge will be a distinct advantage. A reasonable level of computer literacy will be necessary to fulfil the role.The job holder must possess a full driving licence or be prepared to learn within a reasonable amount of time. Salary: 18k + OTE - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
