With an ever growing base of customers and increasing number of employees a vacancy exists Group F&I Manager to cover the UK (National Role). The role will be 100% field based spending the vast majority of your time on site and getting into the detail. The role is heavily orientated around the Management/Leadership of the site teams and the cultivation of a 'self-development' and 'pro training' culture throughout the business. You will consistently evaluate the performance of the F&I Management teams and the F&I Sales Executives, performance and productivity will be driven by utilising the site management team and assisting them in achieving a common goal. You will build long term business relationships with senior members of the Group, arranging performance workshops for existing employees and you will need to have a genuinely strong desire to drive performance and employee satisfaction through engaging, powerful training/coaching sessions. You will also be responsible for the management and development of the external relationships, liaising with external finance companies and working with the commercial teams to drive the best deals for both the customer and the business. In essence the role will be: Partnering with the leadership team to identify training needs within the business.  The design, delivery and evaluation of performance workshops for existing staff.  Driving transformation and performance improvement via effective training sessions.  Defining, in conjunction with the business, the skills, capabilities and resources required to meet current and emerging business needs.   Development of the Management teams via audits, performance reviews, coaching and training.  Working in the field, managing the F&I departments remotely to improve F&I performance/product penetration.  Salary: Excellent – MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
