Manage and develop a team of field based staff to ensure sales targets and business growth are achieved. Manage and own key account relationships within the area to ensure volume and profitability targets are achieved. Identify and recruit new dealers in line with company growth targets, Take responsibility for day to day management of field based staff, Own and manage all key dealer relationships within area, Effectively deliver and communicate our dealer proposition to all existing and new dealers, Propose new initiatives to improve sales volumes and profitability in sales area, Help improve costs and make efficiencies within sales area, Obtain and communicate dealer feedback constructively to relevant business areas, Form strong working relationship with Operations Team and other key departments, Ensure all KPI’s are met, Deputise for the Sales Director, Extensive knowledge and understanding of the UK sub-prime motor finance market, 37.5 Hour week hours worked between Monday to Sunday. Covering Southern Region from Cornwall to Essex. Salary: 48k - 50k basic + 30% bonus + 2k car allowance - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
